- Send your parents the guide for their phone. It is written for someone doing this for the first time.
- Copy the key in the personal account and forward it in a separate message, or add it yourself when you are with them.

The terms of automatic payment and refunds are the same for any subscription period.

What we do not promise
We do not promise that the VPN will work everywhere and always, and we do not set up devices for you. We write step-by-step guides, put an update date on each one, and say plainly where a step will not work. Сверчок is an independent service: the key apps are made by third-party developers.

What we do not do
We do not write that the steps were tested on a device until someone has gone through them there. If we start testing the guides on phones, it will show in a line with the date, the model and the versions.
We do not publish screenshots of other people’s apps. Where it cannot be understood without a picture, we use a scheme captioned “scheme, not a screenshot”.
We do not rank or rate apps. We compare by facts: the device, the way to add the key, where the app will not work.
We do not pose as the developers of the apps. INCY, Happ and other apps are made by third-party teams; we are an independent service and are not affiliated with them.

On the pricing page. The price depends on the subscription period, and the same page shows before payment when and how much will be charged on renewal.
To subscription periodsCan I get my money back if it does not suit me?
Yes. If you change your mind within the first 7 days after payment, we refund the full amount, and you do not need to give a reason. Later, we refund part of the amount, in proportion to the unused days.
Refund PolicyAre you affiliated with the developers of Happ?
No. Сверчок is an independent VPN service. Happ is a third-party app: it is made by another team, and our key is added to it the same way as a key from any other seller. We are not affiliated with the developers of INCY either.
